Before You Book
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes. Appointments get priority, but walk-ins are welcome. Call (256) 907-8889 first and we will tell you what is open today.
What are your hours?
Monday through Wednesday 8am to 8pm, Thursday and Friday 9am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm. Open seven days a week.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged 30% of the service cost. Please call or text the salon directly to cancel or reschedule.
What if I am running late?
There is a 15 minute grace period. After that the appointment is considered canceled and the 30% fee applies, since the next client is already booked.
Do you provide the hair, or do I bring my own?

What is the Japanese Head Spa?
A deep scalp cleanse, steam, massage and treatment that clears buildup and leaves your scalp genuinely healthy. It pairs well with a silk press, a retwist or a fresh install.
Can I bring my kids?
This is an adults only space, so we ask that you make other arrangements for children during your appointment.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit and Buy Now Pay Later are all accepted. Contactless payment is available.
